Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February 1964. Linney is an American actress who is known for her capacity to play tough characters, but also at risk. Linney comes from a theatrical background, since her father wrote plays Romulus Linney. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow before graduating with an M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City was her first destination in the year 1990. The actress began performing on Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded the acclaim she received for her performances in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.

In July of 2004 she was hired by the station as a reporter and reported on a wide range of stories. These included investigating the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey and the shootings in Bailey, Colorado. Nair was commissioned as a reporter for ABC News in December 2007 as a correspondent/anchor for ABC News Now. The anchor was responsible for anchoring live news coverage, along with briefings on ABC's digital networks.
